2008 User Conference

Partner Software's User Conference is scheduled for September 8-10 at the Classic Center in downtown Athens, Georgia.

Hotel Accommodations

The following hotels are giving us group rates.

• Hilton Garden Inn: Call 706-353-6800 or 1-800-HILTONS or go to http://hiltongardeninn.hilton.com/en/gi/groups/personalized/AHNDTGI-PART-20080907/index.jhtml and give the group code “PSO” and the dates of your stay. The dates for our group rate are September 7-11, 2008. A Standard King or Standard Queen room is $114 plus 14% sales tax. There is an $8/car/day parking fee. Deadline for making reservations is August 24, 2008. [The Hilton is located directly across the street from the Classic Center. It is also the location of the training classes during Post-Conference Training.]
• Holiday Inn: Call 706-549-4433 or 1-800-HOLIDAY and use the code "PSO" when making your reservation. The rate for a Standard Two Double Beds room is $94 plus 14% sales tax. The rate for a King Deluxe room is $84 plus 14% sales tax. Deadline for making reservations is August 22, 2008. [Easy walking distance to the Classic Center]
• Holiday Inn Express: Call 706-546-8122 or 1-800-HOLIDAY and use the group code “PSW” when making your reservation. The rate for these rooms is $75 plus 14% sales tax. Deadline for making reservations is August 22, 2008. [Easy walking distance to the Classic Center]
• Georgia Gameday Center Condominiums--if people from our group reserve 10 units by August 7, the rates will be $119 for a one-bedroom unit, $139 for a two-bedroom unit, and $159 for a three-bedroom unit (plus taxes). Each unit has a living room, kitchen, washer & dryer. Each bedroom in the bigger units has its own bathroom. If we don't get 10 units rented for our group, your cost will be the standard rates of $129 for one bedroom, $159 for two bedrooms, and $179 for three bedrooms. To make reservations, call 706-583-4500 and be sure to mention that this is for the Partner Software event. [Gameday is also within easy walking distance of the Classic Center.]
