Hotel Accommodations
- Classic City Hilton Garden Inn—Call 706-353-6800 or 1-800-HILTONS and give the group code “PRS” and the dates of your stay. The dates for our group rate are September 13–16, 2010. A Standard King or Standard Queen room is $124 plus 14% sales tax. There is an $8/car/day parking fee. [The Hilton is located directly across the street from the Classic Center, where the User Conference is being held. It is also the location of the training classes during Post-Conference Training.]

- Foundry Park Inn—Call 706-549-7020 or toll free 1-866-928-4367 and use group code “partner” when making your reservations. To make on-line reservations, go to www.foundryparkinn.com, select your dates on the calendar, and then click on the corporate tab and enter your corporate code: "partner". The rate for deluxe rooms with two full size beds or one king size bed is $94 plus 14% tax. Suites are also available at special rates. The Foundry Park Inn also features a full-service day spa, the Hoyt House restaurant, and the Melting Point for casual dining and live musical entertainment.
- Georgia Gameday Center Condominiums—If people from our group reserve 10 units by August 14, the rates will be $119 for a one-bedroom unit, $149 for a two-bedroom unit, and $199 for a three-bedroom unit (plus taxes). Each unit has a living room, kitchen, washer & dryer. Each bedroom in the bigger units has its own bathroom. If we don't get 10 units rented for our group, your cost will be the standard rates of $139 for one bedroom, $169 for two bedrooms, and $199 for three bedrooms. To make reservations, call 706-583-4500 and be sure to mention that this is for the “Partner Software” event. [Gameday is also within easy walking distance of the Classic Center.]
Airports
Most people fly into Hartsfield Airport [ATL] in Atlanta. From Atlanta, you can rent a car, ride a shuttle--http://www.aaaairportexpress.com/routes/athens.html, or fly into Athens Ben Epps Airport via Georgia Skies air shuttle, which provides service between Athens and Atlanta three times a day (currently listed for $39 + taxes each way). If you fly in and out of Atlanta outside of rush hour, it takes approximately 1½ hours to drive to Athens.
