Partner Software's 2012 User Conference

Partner Software's annual User Conference is held at the Classic Center in Athens, GA. Sessions are scheduled from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with Partner providing lunch.

If you need hotel accommodations in Athens, the following hotels have given us special group rates. Please note that the hotels have different cutoff dates for receiving these group rates. The dates for our group rate are September 23-27, 2012, for all these hotels.

• Classic City Hilton Garden Inn—Call 706-353-6800 or 1-800-HILTONS and give the group code “PSS” and the dates of your stay. A Standard King or Standard Queen room is $124 plus 14% sales tax. There is an $8/car/day parking fee. To receive this group rate, reservations must be made by September 2, 2012. [This is the location of most of the training classes during Spring Training.]

• Holiday Inn—Call 706-549-4433 or 1-800-HOLIDAY and use the code "PSS" when making your reservation. The rate for a Standard Two Double Beds room is $96 plus 14% sales tax. Airports & Shuttles

If flying, most people fly into Hartsfield Airport [ATL] in Atlanta. From Atlanta, you can rent a car or ride either an air shuttle or ground shuttle to Athens.

• Air Shuttle—fly into Athens Ben Epps Airport via Georgia Skies air shuttle, which provides service between Athens and Atlanta twice a day. For more information on this airline, call 877-849-4997 or go to http://www.pacificwings.com/gsky/gs/.

• Ground Shuttle—Groome Transportation (www.groometransportation.com) makes several trips between Athens and the Atlanta Airport daily.

• Rental Car—If you fly in and out of Atlanta outside of rush hour, it takes approximately 1½ hours to drive to Athens. Enterprise and Hertz have rental agencies in Athens.
